C’EST MON PATRIMOINE !

Fresque participative réalisée avec les enfants Strasbourgeois de l’association Les Francas. Elle s’inscrit dans le cadre du programme artistique et culturel national « C’est mon patrimoine ! ». Elle est située rue de la Brigade à Sélestat.

Durant deux semaines, les enfants ont découvert la ville, son histoire et son patrimoine. Ils ont réalisés des ateliers créatifs et ludiques (escape game, visite guidé, atelier VR, gravure, calligraphie etc…)

La fresque s’inspire de deux ouvrages précieux issus de la collection de la bibliothèque humaniste datant de l’époque de la renaissance (XVI siècle). La cosmographie universelle de Sébastien Münster et L’herbier d’Otto Brunfels.

Les enfants ont choisis dans les livres une sélection de plantes et d’animaux. La fresque est composée de différentes représentations : Une en noir et blanc datant de l’époque humaniste, une en couleur plus contemporaine vu par l’artiste et une interprétée par les enfants.

Participatory fresco produced with the Strasbourg children of the association Les Francas. It is part of the national artistic and cultural program “It’s my heritage!” “. It is located rue de la Brigade in Séléstat. During two weeks of immersion, the children discovered the city, its history and its heritage. They carried out creative and fun workshops (escape game, guided tour, VR workshop, engraving, calligraphy, etc.) The fresco is inspired by two precious works from the collection of the humanist library dating from the Renaissance period (16th century). The Universal Cosmography of Sébastien Münster and The Herbarium of Otto Brunfels. The children chose from the books a selection of plants and animals. The mural is made up of different versions of the selected plants and animals: One dating from the humanist era in black and white, one more contemporary in color as seen by the artist and one interpreted by children.
